Awesome home that is a work in progress. Someone who knows how to do finish work could put it back together in a week I would guess. Clean up the house inside and outside yourself. I think it would pass for loan because well water and heat both work in the home and hooked up. Need tic and replace boards already painted and materials in home stay with home. Brand new dishwasher in a box, new water heater, new siding, new windows. I must have if you can do the inside finish work yourself. Needs kitchen appliances you buy. Private well water for this home not very old.Nice place to do a mini farm if you wish, chickens, goats, sheep, goats 2 cows if feed them from hay form the neighbors you buy it. Close to JC Campbell Folk School to sell our crafts and eggs, etc. Just off Ford Rd State rd.easy access with own driveway to the home. Brand new exterior, metal roof & windows. you finish inside your choice almost done. can finish in 1 week easily if commit to it.
