Dear [Provider Firm],
I just wanted to take a few moments to write you a letter about the
incredible
service provided to me by {my provider attorney}. I am an independent
contractor/massage therapist who just moved out into my own business.
About a month
ago, I was having considerable difficulty leaving the place I was
working. My former
colleague/employer was holding my last check pending my signature
to a document that I
did not want to sign. She was also making false accusations and threatening
me with her
position on a state board. {My attorney} on that very day, and within
an hour, had

I
feel so empowered now that I have an attorney within telephone reach.
I have had my
membership less than six months and have called my law firm three times
for legal advice.
My last request for service yielded me great rewards. I asked my attorney
to tell me my
legal rights concerning my ex-husband’s army pension plan. My
“X” has finally retired
from service after 28 years and his level is that of “full bird
colonel.” I divorced him
after 21 years of marriage and at the time of “cutting the legal
knot” my attorney would
not discuss in the divorce decree the matter of pension benefit.
The law firm attorney assigned to answer my request was very informed
about the issue
and gave me the direction to proceed with a claim for a portion of the
pension benefit. I
have submitted my request to the proper administrative office and the
claim is in the
process. I am waiting for the reply but from the telephone conversation,
I was assured
my claim is legitimate and considered quite normal.
While I was a single mom (now 16 years), there were numerous times I
